However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized garden furniture.
  • Items that have been assembled or used.
  • Outdoor lighting and decor items that have been installed or used.

Returns & Exchanges Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or exchange. You can use the template provided below.
  2. Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with the return address and any additional instructions.
  3. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship the Item: Send the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

Refund Process

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please indicate this in your return request. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship the new item to you. Shipping costs for the new item will be covered by us.
